The subject of my poem today (Elisha Reavis) was a real
person who lived (1827-1896) in Arizona’s harsh Superstition Mountains at a
time before the area became a state. The Apache Indians considered it their land
and were a constant threat.
This blog is a place to publish my poems and share them with others. Occasionally, I may feature a poem written by other poets. I appreciate you visiting this blog, and I hope you find it interesting.

Vieiller
Occasionally, I will post a poem on this
blog that I did not write simply because I like it. Today’s poem was sent to me
by friends, “Beeeell” and “Frenchie”. The poem is full of beautiful philosophy.
Unfortunately, the author is unknown.
